Dinard!

Toiseksi viimeinen kisa ennen MM-kisoja!

Vielä on opittavaa ja on muutettava pari asiaa! Vaillant hyppääsi tosi hienosti mutta oli edelleen stressaantunut ensimmäiset päivät kisoissa. Se rauhoittui päivä päivältä ja oli sunnuntain 150cm luokassa yhdeksäs. 

Päätettiin tämän kisan jälkeen että jatkossa on pakko ruveta ajamaan aikaisemmin kisoihin jotta saataisiin pari extra päivää rauhoittua ja tutustua kisapaikkaan. Ajattelin myös kokeilla korvatulppia matkan ajaksi jotta se ei hermostuisi kaikesta melusta matkan varrella. Sehän on aika ääniherkkä.

Onni oli taas tosi hyvä, teki pari pientä virhettä mutta tuntuu tosi hyvältä. Se tarvii vaan lisää kokemusta ja enemmän ratoja isoimmista luokista niin hänestä tulee vielä tähti! Laitan huomenna videoita niin saatte nähdä miten kulkee!

Seuraava kisa on Bratislavassa 7-10.8, missä hypätään Nations Cupia. Sekä Onni että Vaillant pääsevät mukaan sinne kisaamaan. Ajattelin että muut hevoset saisivat muuttaa takaisin Suomeen ennen Bratislavan kisoja joten jos joku on matkalla Belgian suunnasta Suomeen ja autossa on vielä vapaita paikkoja niin minulle saa mielellään soittaa tai laittaa viestiä, mun hepat tulevat mielellään mukaan kyytiin!

Second last show before the WEG! 

We still need to learn and change some things. Vaillant jumped very well but he is still too stressed out the first days at the shows. He again only approved day by day and was on Sunday 9th in the 150cm class. First day he was pretty nervous and on the second day already better with two down. 

We decided after this trip to start driving to the shows earlier and have the possibility to ride him at the competition place couple of days extra than having him all stressed during the first days. I also think that we will start driving him to the shows with earplugs to keep out all extra noise, which he is pretty sensitive to as well .

Onni was really good, the feeling is still amazing. He just needs to go more bigger classes and get more experience on the higher level and he will be a star. I will put up some videos tomorrow! 

Next show is in Bratislava the 7-10.8 where we will jump the Nations Cup. Both Onni and Vaillant will be going there. I'm also planning to take home the rest of the horses to Finland before Bratislava so if anyone is driving up to Finland and has space for my horses please let me know!
