Sanoilla en voi kuvailla miten surullinen olen Vaillantin puolesta. Kahden päivän jälkeen leikkauksen jälki komplikaatioista jossa kokonainen tiimi yritti auttaa Vaillanttia, taistelu päätettiin lopettaa. Ei ollut enään mitään tehtävissä. Nyt Vaillantilla on kaikki hyvin. 

Haluaisin kirjoittaa pitkän tarinan maailman kauneimmilla sanoilla kuinka rakas v oli minulle. Mutta mieleeni ei tule mitään juuri nyt. Kaikki tunteet ja muistot ovat minun sydämessäni ja sielä ne pysyvät koko loppu elämän. En tule ikinä unohtamaan sinut!

Words can't describe how sad I am for my big friend V. After the operation there where some complications and V struggled for two days with a whole team trying to help him, we finally decided to put him to sleep. There was nothing we could do more. Now he has peace. 

I would like to write a long story full of beautiful words but my head is empty. All the feelings and memory's are in my heart and that's where they will stay for as long as I live. I will never forget you!

Tänään ajattelin jakaa teille treeni vinkin jälleen kerran, mutta video muodossa. Tein kaikilla hepoilla tätä samaa harjoitusta. Se on kiva tapa saada hevoset kuuntelemaan pohjetta ja keskittymään ratsastajaan eikä muihin juttuihi. Kiemura uria en tee hirveän kauan sillä en koe sitä kovin terveelliseksi jaloille jos sitä treenaa liikaa. Välillä on hyvä rakentaa tällainen tavallaan "rata" koska se selkeyttää työtä ja on apuna hevoselle jotta se tajuaa mitä siltä halutaan. 

Toivon että treenaatte tätä ja että se on teille hyödyksi! Hyvää pääsiäistä! Tämä tyttö lähtee landelle ja Sunnuntaina on kisat taas. Moikka moi!

Prove yourself to yourself not to others:

Today I´m going to share with you my todays training tips as I have done before but now in a video. It is a nice way to get the horse obedient on the leg and to concentrate on the rider insted of everything  else. The curves I dont tend to do that much because I think it´s not that healthy for the horses legs.  Sometimes I think it´s good to do this kind of course becouse it makes the work clearer and helps the horse understand what we want from them. 

I hope you will train and that this helped you out a bit! Have a happy easter weekend. We are going out to our island for the weekend and on Sunday I´m at the show again :). Bye bye!

The big day!

Eilen oli meidän pikku Ronjan ensimmäiset synttäri juhlat. En voi uskoa että hän täytti yksi! 

Päivä oli todella onnistunut ja Ronja sai tosi paljon kivoja synttäri lahjoja, kiitos niistä! Ja sai huomiota kaikilta joka on Ronjan mielestä tärkein juttu. 

Me annoimme Ronjalle ensimmäiset omat kävely kengät, ne ovat niin söpöjä ja pikkuisia!

My sis Janina.

Our little Ronja had her first birthday party yesterday. Can't believe she turned one already! 

It was a very successful day and Ronja got so many nice presents from all, so thank's for that! But the most important thing for her was that she got all the attention :).

We gave her her first walking shoes, they are so cute and tiny.

On ihana fiilis kun on ehtinyt ratsastaa kaikki hepat ja tietää että nyt saa vaan nauttia Ronjan seurasta ja voidaan tehdä ihan mitä lystää (Fille on wk´lla tänään :))! Nykyään Jenni on meillä Danin lisäksi töissä joten kaikki menee todella paljon ripeämmin. Tänään  ehdin ratsastaa viisi hevosta ennen lounasta ja iltapäivällä Jenni hoitaa ne vielä ja käy kävellyttämässä. Luxusta!

Perjantaina käytiin hyppäämässä Ypäjällä ja kaikki meni hienosti, nuoret hyppäsivät hyvin. Corella, Rex ja Sebbe kans, olivat kaikki nollilla 120 luokassa. Lauantaina en hypännyt mitään koska meillä oli kavereiden häät. Tosi kivaa oli! Sinä päivänä kaikki minun apurit tulivat kipeeksi ja en saanut ketään tulemaan mukaan sunnuntaina.

Päätin sen takia ottaa vain Onnin mukaan kisoihin sillä muitten kanssa en olisi ihan yksin pärjännyt 130 luokassa (Corella, Sebbe ja Rex). Ja onneksi lähdin sentään Onnin kanssa sillä me voitettiin taas :)!!! Onni on ollut ihan uskomattoman hieno. Viimeiset kahdeksan luokkaa se on sijoittunut kaikissa ja voittanut kolme viimeistä 140cm luokkaa. Ihan stara! Avantin on vielä mahdollista voittaa.

 It´s such a nice feeling when you have been riding all the horses early and have the rest of the day with Ronja (Fille is at wk today :)). At the moment we have Jenni helping out Dani and my work. That speeds up things a lot! Today I rode five horses before noon and after lunch Jenni takes care of the horses and hand walks them a bit. Luxury!

On Friday we went jumping to Ypäjä. The young ones where good. So where Corella, Sebbe and Rex as well which all did a clear round in the 120. On Saturday I did not jump any thing becouse we where going to our friends wedding. Hade such a good time there! The same day everybody got a stomach flu and I did not have anybody to help me on Sunday.

Thats why I decided to just take Onni with me. I would not have managed the three other hotrses (Corella, Rex and Sebbe) in the 130 class alone. And thank god I took Onni because we won again :)!!! Onni has been so good. The last eight classes he has been placed in all and been winning three 140 classes! Such a star! The Avant tractor is still in our reach.

Olipa hienot juhlat! Olimme isäni firman 80 v juhlissa. Ja kyllä he olivat pistäneet hienot bileet pystyyn! Viihdyttämässä oli mm. Vatsatanssijat, uskomaton taikuri ja Myllyrinne. Minun instassa pieni klippi :)

Huomenna päivällä lähdetään ypäjälle. Mukaan lähtee Rolle, Swasse, Corella, Rex ja Sebbe.

Sebbe vaikuttaa niin sellaiselta symppikseltä! Sitä en ole kauhean paljon työskennellyt esteillä sillä se ei ole hypännyt paljon viimeaikoina. En halua tehdä liikaa. Tein sillä innarit tiistaina ja sen jälkeen olen vain tehnyt puomeja ja sileällä työskentelyä. Sebbe on aika kuuma pakkaus ja haluaa mielellään kantaa kaulansa vähän liian korkealla ja jännittyneesti silloin sillä on aika pieni ja sipsuttava askel. Mielestäni hevoset hyppää vähän niin kun ne liikkuu. Joten yritän saada sitä rentoutumaan ja saamaan kaulaa pidemmäksi ja alemmaksi silloin askel kin pitenee. Mielestäni olen onnistunut oikein hyvin mutta saa nähdä miten se jatkuu kisapaikalla.

What a party! We where at my dad's company's 80th anavorsity party. They had planned such an amazing party with lots of entertainment! There where belly dancers, magician and standup. You find a short clip on my insta. 

Tomorrow we go to Ypäjä. With us comes Rolle, Swasse, Corella, Rex and Sebbe.

Sebbe seems to be such a sweet guy! I have not done to much jumping with him brcouse he has had a jumping break befor he came to me. So don't want to do to much. On Thuesday I jumped the in-and-outs and after that I have only been doing pole work and on the flat. Sebbe is quite hot and wants to keep his neck a bit tens and to high, therefore his stride gets shorter. I always say that the horse usually jumps the way he moves. So I try to get him longer and more loose in the neck and therefore a longer stride aswell. I think I have managed well with it but let's se how much he remembers of it at the show.

Tänään V lähti Huttuloden kyydissä Itämeren yli Travemundeen ja sieltä he vievät sitä Jan Greven klinikalle jossa siltä poistetaan irtopala etujalasta. 

Päätös tehtiin aika äkkiä koska todettiin että mitä nopeampi sen tekee sen nopeammin V on kisoissa taas. Ei pitäisi olla mikään vaikea leikkaus ja kolmen viikon kävelyn jälkeen saa alkaa pikkuhiljaa ratsastaa jos kaikki menee hyvin. Silti minua jännittää ystäväni Vn puolesta :(. 

Huomenna lisää treeneistäni. Hyvää yötä!

It is annoying to realize how you take things for granted... My sweetest V saying bye to his stable buddies. For now. 

Today V left with Huttulas truck over the Baltic Sea to Travemunde. From there they will bring him to Jan Greves clinic where they will remove a chip from his front leg. 

The desicion came quite easy becouse the faster it's done the faster he can compete. It should not be a really difficult procedure and after tree weeks he can start working if everything goes as planned. But anyway I feel anxious for my big friend V :(.

The second one!!

Sain ladattua lupaamani laulu tänne jotta voitte kuunnella jos haluatte :). 

Hepoilla on kaikilla kaikki hyvin ja treenataan parhaillaan Ypäjää varten. 

Eilen lupasin myös kertoa hevosten treeni suunnitelmista ennen kisoja ensi viikonloppuna. Ajattelin aloittaa kertomasta Onnin treeni suunnitelmasta. 

Sillä olen tänään hypännyt innareita ja muuta se ei hyppääkään ennen kisoja. Seuraavat kaksi päivää aijon treenata sitä että se on hyvin kuulolla jalalle ja että saan sen rennoksi. Teen paljon siirtmyksiä ja lopuksi laukkaan myös kunnolla eteen. Sillä aloitan aina pitkin ohjin ravia ja laukkaa, sen jälkeen alan työstää sitä kunnolla ja lopuksi se saa aina venyttää kaulaa pitkäksi, alas ja sitten kävelen ulkona jotta se näkee vähän muutakin kuin maaneesin seiniä. Sillä lailla Onnilla pysyy motivaatio "on top"!

Ypäjällä hypätään sarja kilpailua jossa pää palkintona on Avant traktori kauden lopussa. Joten se on mielessä kun treenataan Onnin kanssa :). Ensimmäinen osakilpailun voitto on taskussa joten yritetään samaa ensi kerralla ;)!

The horses are all good and we are training for the upcoming show at Ypäjä this weekend.

As I promised yesterday I will tell you a bit about my training before the show. I thought of starting with Onni. 

I jumped the in-and-outs with him today and more than that he won't be jumping before it is show time. The following two days I will focus on getting him to listen better on my leg and to get him really relaxed. I do a lot of transitions and in the end I also canter forward. I usually start with letting him trott and canter with a long neck, after that I start working him properly and in the end he gets to really stretch his neck long, down to stretch all of his back mussels. Then I usually go for a walk out doors just to keep his mind happy and motivation on top!

At Ypäjä we jump a serie of competitions where the "grand price" is an Avant tractor. So thats what we aim for when we are training, Onni and I :). The first avant competition we already have in the pocket so we`ll just try to do the same thing this weekend ;)!
