Jumping video from training with some of the horses.

Pahoittelen että en ole kirjoittanut viimeiset kaksi päivää. Oli tosi paljon kiireitä ja sitäpaitsi ajeltiin edestakaisin Westankärristä Trädgårdstorppiin. Tänään on video päivä, ajattelin jakaa teille vähän treeni videoita. Käytiin Marina Ehrnroothin uudella tallilla hyppäämässä. Tässä näette itse että hyppäsivätkö hyvin vai ei?  Kertokaa teidän mielipiteitä! Alla näette myös kuvissa vähän mitä olemme puuhanneet viimeiset kaksi päivää. Hyvää illanjatkoa!

Ronja a bit exited over her food :D

I´m sorry for not writing the last couple of days. I was very busy and we where also driving back and forth from Westankärr to Trädgårdstorp. So, today is a video day and I thought i would share some training videos with you. We have been jumping at my friend Marina Ehrnrooth`s place and the videos you´r about to se is from there. Did they jump good or not, tell me what you think! Here are also some pictures of what we have been up to the last two days. Have a good evening!

Minähän unohdin "the horses" postauksessa mainita Lihapullan.

Lihapulla 6 tai 7 v. (suvusta en tiedä) 

Taso: maantaso

Lihapulla tuli meille kaverilta lainaksi talven yli. Se on ihan yli söpö ja on kaikkien kaveri. Sabben (siskoni) pikku Alina 3 v. on ratsastanut sillä ja se käyttäytyy todella hyvin. 

Tavat: rakastaa rapsuttamista ja muistuttaa aina siitä, sen löytää aika usein jonkun hepan tarhasta nautiskelemassa lounasta (ei sen omaa).

Hyvät: kiltti, muhkea, hyvät käytöstavat ym...

Huonot: ei aina anna kiinni.

Tavoite lihiksen kanssa on saada Juhaa ylipuhuttua että lihis jäisi meille ;)

In my "the horses" post I forgot to mention Lihapulla (translated to English= meatball), he

is 6 or 7 years old not sure...

Level: knee high

Lihapulla is the cutest ever. He is so well behaved and everybody's friend. My niece Alina who is 3 years is riding him, they are doing big progress together. Alina is learning how to trott and Lihapulla gets some time of from eating ...

Habits: he loves beeing scratched and will not forget reminding you, you can often find him eating lunch in some of his horse buddy's paddocks.

Pros: nice, cuddly, well behaved etc...

Cons: some times you can't catch him.

The goal with Lihapulla is to persuade Juha to let us keep him ;)

5. Ferolo 5v./y. (My lava lava x Florestan II)

Taso: juuri aloittamassa kilpauransa

Ferolo eli Rolle on todella herttainen. Se on tullut noin kaksi kuukautta sitten Ruotsista missä meidän siitostammat asuvat. Se on jo tehnyt pari kisaa siellä ja vähän ajan päästä se tekee kisa debyytinsä täällä myös. Vaikuttaa olevan fixu ja kiltti ja jopa kyvykäs! On hauska seurata sitä kun olen itse kisannut sen emällä joka oli minun ensimmäinen hevoseni. 

Tavat: syö seiniä, heittelee Miraa selästä :)

Hyvät: halu oppia, älykäs, oma tasapaino.

Huonot: huutelee muiden perään.

Tavoite Rollen kanssa on saada sitä kulkemaan tasaisin kilpa radoilla ja saada hyvät kokemukset kisoista. Siitä on hyvä lähteä liikkeelle.

Level: just doing he's first shows.

Ferolo, "Rolle" as we call him. Hi is a very sweet horse who wants to please his rider. He came to us about two months ago from Sweeden where we keep our breeding mares. It is fun to se him develop since I rode his mother Florenz, it was my first horse. In Sweden he has done a couple of shows and soon he is going to take part at his first shows over here.

Habits: eats the walls of the stable, keeps on throughing Mira off ;).

Pros: will to learn, intelligence, own balance.

Cons: constant screaming after the others.

The goal with Rolle is to get a good start at the shows. So he feels confortable. 

6.Schwarzeneger 6v./y. (Stolzenberger x Calypso II)

Taso: juuri aloittamassa kilpauransa

Swasse on oma persoona. Se on kiltti ori jolla on voimakkaat hypyt. Se on kyvykäs ja herkkä hevonen. Sillä on kykyä vaikka mihin mutta tarvitsee vielä aikaa sillä se on vähän myöhässä iäkseen. Swasse on myös tekemässä kisa debyytinsä lähiaikoina.

Tavat: aina nälkä, hiljainen hörisy joka kerta kun lähestyy sen boxia.

Hyvät: herkkä, persoonallinen, kyvykäs. 

Huonot: tilanne on huono jos muilla on ruokaa ja Swassella ei... Eli syöppö.

Tavoitteet samat kuin Rollella. Tasaisia kilpailutuloksia. 

Level:  just doing his first shows.

Swasse has a lovely personality. He is a well behaved stallion with a lot of power in his jump. Has a lot of quality and is in a good way sensitive. He is a bit late for his age and that is why he (as Rolle) will do his first shows anytime soon. 

Pros: personality, sensitive, quality.

Cons: the situation is really bad in case the others have food and Swasse not :).. Hungry fellow, what can you do.

The goals are the same as with Rolle. To get some nice round at the shows.

3. Corella 13 v./y. (Querelle x Latano)

Taso: 150 cm

Corella on unelmien hevonen minulle. Harmi vain että loukkaantui jonkin aikaa sitten mutta on nyt palautumassa takaisin kisa kuntoon pikkuhiljaa. Corella on hypännyt 150 cm luokkia hyvällä menestyksellä. Maailman helpoin ja samalla maailman vaikein, ei siitä muuta voi lyhyeesti sanoa :).

Tavat: ei ole hetkeä jolloin Corella eli "kortsu" ei kerjää nameja. 

Hyvät: Corella on ihanin heppa olemassa. Herkkä, herttainen, kyvykäs, hyvä ratsastettavuus.

Huonot: Herkkä, omituinen, hermostuu helposti, kuuma.

Corellan kassa ei nyt ole mitään muuta tavoitetta kuin että saada se takaisin kisakuntoon.

Level: 150 cm

Corella is my dream horse. It was a shame she got an injury a while a go but now she is on her way to full recovery. Corella has done 150 cm classes with good success. She is the most easy and the most difficult horse all at the same. 

Habits: there will not be a single moment without her begging you for candy. 

Pros: she is the most wonderful horse alive. Sensitive, sweet, super quality, good ridability.

Cons: sensitive, weard, gets nervous, hot.

There is now other goal at the moment than getting her fit for fight. 

4. Rex 10 v./y. (Moujik de Sohan x Indoctro) 

Taso: 130 cm

Rex on ihana tyyppi joka yrittää aina parhaansa. Olen kisannut sillä 130-135 cm tasolla. Isosydämminen kaveri.

Tavat: näpertelee kaikkea kokoaijan...

Hyvät: varovainen, helppo ratsastaa, halukas oppia, älykäs.

Huonot: pitää olla todella tarkkana kun antaa sille namupalan sillä se saattaa vahingossa napata koko käden.

Tavoitteet Rexin kanssa on saada paljon hyviä tuloksia 130-135 cm tasolta tällä kaudella. 

Level: 130 cm

Rex is a lovely guy who always tries his best. I have competed him on 130-135 cm level. Big hearted friend.

Habits: nibbling on everything...

Pros: careful, easy to ride, will to learn more, intelligent.

Cons: watch out if you give him a treat that he does not eat your whole hand by mistake. 

The goal with Rex is to get much good results at 130-135 cm level this season. 

The horses Vol 1.

No niin, tänään teen viimein hevos postauksen joka on pyydetty jo aikoja sitten. Toivottavasti pidätte siitä!

So, I finally do the post about the horses. Hope you like it!

1. Vaillant 13 v./y. (Voltaire x Guidam)

Taso: 160 cm

Se on ykkös hevoseni tällä hetkellä. Osallistuin sen kanssa mm:iin viime vuonna ja Vaillantin kanssa olen saanut jo muutaman  hyvän GP sijoituksen. Sillä on äärettömän paljon hyppykykyä ja on todella rohkea. 

Tavat: yrittää karata boxista heti kun ei vahdi. Pelleilee minun kanssani päivittäin ja esittää pelkäävänsä ihan kaikkea mitä eteen tulee :) esim, puomeja, varjo väärässä paikassa jne.

Hyvät: hyppykyky, herkkyys, pehmeä turpa ja paljon muuta.

Huonot: vahva ratsastaessa. Ei muuta.

Tavoitteeni Vailantin kanssa on hypätä em:issä tänä kesänä.

1. Vaillant 13 v./y. (Voltaire x Guidam)

Level : 160 cm

Vaillant is my first horse at the moment. I participated at the world equestrian games last summer and have achieved a few  good GP results with him. He has a lot of quality and is super brave!

Habits: Will escape from his box at any time. Fooling around with me and pretending to be afraid of nearly everything that comes in our way. For example, poals, shadows, you name it :).

The good's : brave, power, cuddly and a lot more.

The bad's: strong mouth, that's it.

My goal with Vaillant is to be in the team for the European championship this summer.

2. Walk on 12 v./y. (Tangelo van de zuuthoeve x Burggraaf)

Taso: 145 cm

Walk on eli Onni on minun uusin kilpailu kumppani. On tehnyt hyviä kansainvälisiä tuloksia ja toivon että kasvaa tehtävässään jopa ykköshevoseksi.

Tavat: rakastaa mandariinia, ja on hysteerinen jos Vaillant lähtee tarhaan ennen sitä.

Hyvät: uskollinen, kiltti, hyvä ratsastettavuus.

Huonot: syö seiniä, pörrö harja joka elää omaa elämää :)

Tavoitteeni Onnin kanssa on nostaa sitä 150 cm luokkiin tällä kaudella.

Level: 145 cm

Walk on, "onni" is my most resent companion. We have achived some good  international results and I hope to even have him as my first horse some day. 

Habits: loves mandarins, hysterical if V is not in the stable.

Good's: loyal, kind and very good to ride.

Bad's: eats the walls, his mane, it lives a life of its own :)

My goal with Onni is to lift him up to 150 cm level this season.

It did not work out...

Noniin, olin laittamassa videoita tämän päivän treeneistä mutta oli pieniä teknisiä ongelmia, eli en saannut niitä laitettua... Ehkä huomenna.

Oli hauska ilta. Pidettiin Suvin läksiäiset ja meillä oli koko talli poppoo viettämässä iltaa. Suvia tullaan ikävöimään ja toivottavasti hänellä sujuu hyvin uudessa työpaikassa.

Tried to load some videos from the training today on to the blog but faced some technical problems, so that did not work. Maby tomorrow...? 

It was a fun night this evening. We had a goodbye party for Suvi who had her last day of work today. She will be missed and we hope that she'll like it at her new job.
