Happy holidays!

Eilen käytiin hyppäämässä Marinan uudessa maneesissa joka oli tosi hieno! Hepat hyppäsi hyvin. Suunniteltiin lähteä ensi viikonloppuna Ypäjälle kisoihin mutta ne peruttiin koska oli liian vähän osallistujia :/. Noh, pitää katsoa jotkut toiset kisat tai harkka rataa. 

Kohta on joulu. Se on mielestäni kivaa aikaa. Me vietämme joulun Hangossa tänä vuonna. Meidän joulu on aika hektinen sillä olemme yli 20 henkeä joulu aattona. Ensin sählätään koko aamupäivän ja käydään haudoilla muistamassa edesmenneitä rakkaita. Iltapäivällä on sitten aika kokoontua yhteenpaikkaan ja juoda kupillisen glögiä samalla kun valmistelee viimeiset ennen illallista. 

Kun kaikki on istahtanut pöytään on se joulurauhan tunne josta kaikki puhuu ;).

Kun olin nuorempi tuntui siltä että illallinen kesti ikuisuuden, lahjathan odotti kuusen alla.

 Illallisen jälkeen aletaan avaamaan paketteja, joku saa aina vähän aikaa toimia paketin antajana (lukee äneen kenelle se on ja jne.).

Tämä on ensimmäinen joulu jonka saan viettää Ronjan ja Fillen kanssa perheenä :).

My sister, Ronja and I went shopping together on Wednesday.

Yesterday we went training at my friends new indoor. It looks fantastic! The horses jumped well. We where planing to go to a show next weekend but it got cancelled :/, but I guess we'll just wait for an other show...

Soon Christmas is here. We are celebrating at Hanko this year. Our Christmas is quite busy because we are always over 20 persons. In the morning/day we are running around stressing to get everything done. Then we usually go and visit the graveyards to give a minute of thought to our loved ones who pased away.

In the afternoon we all gather. We drink a cup of gluwine as we prepare the last things before dinner.

When we finally all sit down around the table I can feel the calmness around Christmas everybody talks about ;).

When I was younger it felt like forever sitting there when the presents where waiting under the tree. 

So when we get to the presents it is somebody's turn to hand over the presents for a while till we change person again. 

This is the first christmas Fille, Ronja and I can celebrate as a family :).
